Proven results = Great profits Here is the process of how we do it... Each player/family can be responsible for selling a certain amount. Or like my team does it, each player sells what they can and contributes it towards the teams total. Usually we fundraise a dozen burritos for anywhere between $15-20. Every player contributes an ingredient. The average cost to make them can be as low as $0.25 each. This fund raiser can easily make a dollar or much more a burrito. A date is set for creating the burritos. We make a team building event out of our soccer fund raising. Everyone gets together at somebody's house and we order pizza half way through for a break. Set out tables and form assembly lines with several buritto building stations on each side. Start with the tortillas at the first station, then follow with the remaining ingredients in the order that you want. Its so simple and the players can help build them too or just keep filling the different stations up. With an average team of 12-15 players and another 20-30 parents & siblings, the work is spread out and goes very quickly. Build as many as the team sold. If there are any left over then they are divided out amongst the players. In a couple of hours of "player/parent team-work" my team has easily made $3-5,000 dollars in profit from this great soccer fund raising idea.
